At New Level Personal Training we run our Results Week every 8 weeks. We do this to ensure we all of our clients are on track to achieving their goal.
This prevents our clients from the dreaded plateau that can haunt people trying their best to achieve their health and fitness goals.
It is also a time where we can celebrate the achievements / progressions of the previous 8 weeks, and set new goals (raise the bar) if need be.
All of the New Level trainers take Results Week seriously and love nothing more than seeing their clients smash their previous results!!
At the end of the day, Personal Training is fun but our job is to ensure that the “fun” leads to Results! This is how we monitor them!!
