Group Training

At New Level Personal Training we offer small group training. This is a very popular option for people looking for the extra support and motivation that comes with training with other people. This is also a very cost effective way to train for those on a budget. Our Group Training clients enjoy excellent results in a supportive environment and also get FREE studio membership as an added bonus.

You do not have to create your own group, you can simply join and book in with our existing group classes. We always introduce new clients to our supportive group to ensure everyone is comfortable.

During our classes we might do some boxing. You will need to bring your own gloves or purchase some from us. We will discuss this during your first session.
